Mary Yazhari

Mary Yazhari's extremely subtle world evokes the exotic countries she has lived in. The Eastern influence can be felt really strongly in her work, and her use of subtle tones, as well as her extremely composed images show a real maturity in associating eastern and western influences. Her artwork combines her diverse studies of the classical techniques and different styles, such as Japanese sumi-e (watercolours).
